Tech PM

  • • Level: Sr. Manager or Associate Director

    5+ years of web-based technical project management experience (or equivalent).
    3+ years of experience working in the field of web development.
    3+ years of working in an Agile (Scrum) product (mobile, web, tablet) environment.

The Technology PM is responsible for overseeing all aspects of technical and project management for our online platform. This will include the oversight of an ecommerce site from day to day maintenance and larger initiatives which include platform integrations and site updates. The ideal candidate for this role is an effective communicator and helps lead the team by attention to detail in managing the workload and schedule of delivering the work required to meet strategic goals.

IT Sr. Business Analyst

The IT Sr. Business Analyst is responsible for developing a deep knowledge of supported business areas, conducting business requirement sessions, documenting current and to-be process flows and creating detailed requirements documents to support development. In addition, the IT Sr. Business Analyst will support testing by working with the QA team to verify test scenarios and assisting with the quality assurance process. Also the IT Sr. Business Analyst will gather and document business requirements to support development and enhancements of LG.com and other digital applications within the LG. This position will facilitate and coordinate the launch of Digital Marketing and Commerce initiatives by partnering with the ecommerce business team and external delivery partners. S/He will also need to coordinate and work with internal LG IT groups (located in US/Asia) to align on Global IT standards and processes.

Sr. Manager of Data Science

The Sr. Manager of Data Science is responsible for designing and delivering data-driven insights and automation for marketing (using statistics, data mining, machine learning, and deep learning techniques as applicable). Also this function will support Ad hoc data analysis requirements as needed and work with various client marketing teams to understand their challenges and create solutions. Assistant Account Manager (HA Brand Marketing)

The Assistant Account Manager of Brand Marketing will be specifically focused on assisting with client-facing account support across all multi-channel marketing activities (digital, print, video) for our home appliance category. In the area of marketing support, candidates should have a basic understanding of digital marketing as it pertains to .com, display advertising and social media. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with cross-functional teams (art, copy and video/photography production teams are a plus) collaborating with clients and have an understanding of online marketing. This position will also facilitate senior and executive account team members with all marketing initiatives. Lastly, this role will support the management for managing the hosting and distribution of all digital content (videos, imagery, specs, guides, tools, etc.)

Account Manager (Digital Retail eCommerce Marketing)

This position will provide client ready presentations, reports and solutions for improving consumer-facing content to help educate their team and senior leadership. The mission of this role is to help the sales channel grow revenue and drive efficiencies by enabling data-driven decision making. With support from leadership this role will be responsible for developing best practices and working with senior stakeholders to drive insight and suggest improvements. The ideal candidate possesses a unique skill set that combines strong relationship building and understanding of the retail environment. While website and digital activities are a priority, collaboration across business units with other key stakeholders to drive synergy with marketing activities across the brand is an absolute must.

User Interface/Interaction Designer

The UI Designer is responsible for making design decisions that scale across multiple web experiences. This position will research and provide recommendations on best practices, UI patterns and trends and work within brand and style guidelines with a desire to push iterate standards to the next level. Work closely with UX designers to translate any given user-experience journey into an intuitive consumer-centric interaction. We are looking for an experienced and talented UI designer to help create a scalable Design System. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, with developers, UX designers and copywriters.

Assistant Brand/Social Manager

The Assistant Brand/Social Manager would be responsible for building and maintaining LG’s relationships with loyal customers, potential customers and social media fans. This function will support all current social media channels and new channels to come. This position will work directly with the social media team and assist community managers in social community management, social listening and using our social tool to schedule/monitor content. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of social media channels including, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, TikTok, Etc. Knowledge of different social platforms & tools used to reply to customers.
