Tech PM (4 months contractor, possible to Full time regular after the contract)

  • Level: Sr. Manager or Associate Director

    5+ years of web-based technical project management experience (or equivalent).
    3+ years of experience working in the field of web development.
    3+ years of working in an Agile (Scrum) product (mobile, web, tablet) environment.

The Technology PM is responsible for overseeing all aspects of technical and project management for our online platform. This will include the oversight of an ecommerce site from day to day maintenance and larger initiatives which include platform integrations and site updates. The ideal candidate for this role is an effective communicator and helps lead the team by attention to detail in managing the workload and schedule of delivering the work required to meet strategic goals.

Paid Social Manager

The Manager, Paid Social will be part of a highly collaborative team and will be responsible for the development and execution of paid social campaigns for multiple client BUs. Must have a passion for social media, and be able to translate that passion into the creation of inventive buying strategies that compliment a larger digital media objective. The Manager, Paid Social is a key function within the larger LG Digital Transformation Team.

Associate Director of Data Science

The Sr. Manager of Data Science is responsible for designing and delivering data-driven insights and automation for marketing (using statistics, data mining, machine learning, and deep learning techniques as applicable). Also this function will support Ad hoc data analysis requirements as needed and work with various client marketing teams to understand their challenges and create solutions. Marketing Intelligence Analyst

The Marketing Intelligence Analyst will be part of the Consumer Insights Team and is responsible for building market Knowledge & uncovering insight that informs LG marketing strategy & accelerates growth. The analyst will develop & leverage an intelligence network of first & third party data platforms, competitive media intel, published surveys & other sources for data mining, trend monitoring, analysis of consumer behavior & discovery of new consumer insights. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver high quality intelligence reporting.

Voice of Consumer Insights Manager

  • Level: Sr. Manager- Associate Director
  • Years of Experience: 5 years or more

The VOC insights manager will be part of the consumer insights team and is responsible for building and running a centralized VOC platform and an LG owner community that will generate a pipeline of consumer feedback to inform marketing strategy & accelerate growth. The manager will gain a deep understanding of the consumer including their needs and drivers of dissatisfaction. This position requires a strong ability to uncover insights and tell a comprehensive story to business leaders. Insight Director

As the data insights director, you'll be responsible for developing objectives, programmaing, deploying, and analyzing research studies. A key responsibility of this role will be to synthesize reliable and actionable insights from research outcomes and data that includes analysis, data combination and manipulation and impactful visual and verbal communication. This role will be working hand in hand with our stakeholders including but not limited to Demand Gen, Planning, CX, eComm, analytics, creative tech and tech.

Audience Planner

This role champions audience -drive digital marketing practice, providing a consultative approach to driving business outcomes using data and tech platforms. Audience planner will leverage the full suite of data to ensure that true data led insights power the digital strategies and audience activation. It will monitor audience performance and provide input on optimizations

Audience Development

This role champions development of audiences, primarily leveating LG's first party data as well as second/third party data. This individual is expected to spearhead productization and potential monetization of LG's valuable audience data. Productize LG's audience by establishing segmentation, positioning and case studies. Provide data- driven audience prioritization and recommendations to inform strategic decisions.

XBU Social Media Manager

  • Level: Manager
  • Years of Experience: 3 years or more

The social media manager, PR XBU will own the social media content calendar, social strategy and content development for LG's cross business unit campaigns and aways on as well as LG PR initiatives. Partnering with PR, CSR, B2B and LG stakeholders, he/she will drive how LG brand initiatives come to life on owned, earned and influencer social media channels aligning with LG's brand business goals. The ideal candidate will understand how social media fits into the organizations' larger integrated strategy

Influencer Manager

  • Level: Manager
  • Years of Experience: 3 years or more

The influencer manager will be responsible for building and maintaining LG"s relationships with influencers (macro and micro) and brand ambassadors. This person should have a deep understanding of vetted quality influencers that match with a particular marketing campaign in the electronics and appliances industries. This position will work directly with the director of social media and the social media team to build and execute influencer marketing projects across multiple channels, including live events.

Digital Analytics Manager

  • Level: Manager
  • Years of Experience: 3 years or more

The digital analytics manager will derive and report insights and recommendations by blending and analyzing data from several digital and non digital sources. It will provide digital analytics support to several business stakeholders while defining business objectives, translating into analytical problems and identifying data requirements, data analysis and generating insights.
